Yes. All monthly plans are 100% refundable. Yearly plans are refundabe prorata based on purchase and refund date.

The underlying AI models that power Portage process information as "tokens" which are combinations of letters which make up words. One token is approximately equal to one short word.
All plans have a soft quota to limit abuse and unreasonable usage. If you exceed your quota, we will get in touch to discuss your use case to better understand how to help.
A limit of 2 million tokens is approximately equal to:
- 10 full end-to-end strategy boards, including 10+ scenarios generations, impact analysis, courses of action, and multiple long memo generations
- 20 long chats with advanced AI models (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude 3 Opus).
- Extracting insights from 400 files.
